Is the redaction permanent?
Yes. Pixel-burn redaction destroys the original text at the image level. There are no hidden layers, no recoverable data - the content is gone for good.
Do my documents leave my device?
Out of the box, all processing runs locally in your browser. No cloud uploads. The optional Precision Engine sends only extracted text for analysis, never your original files.
How do tamper-evident certificates work?
Each export is digitally signed with Ed25519 cryptography. Recipients scan a QR code to verify the document is authentic and unaltered - no account needed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. RedactProof runs entirely in your browser - no downloads, no plugins, no IT approval needed. Once loaded, AI detection works even without an internet connection.
