All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support@redactproof.com for a full refund - no questions asked.
What Happens if Payment Fails?
If your payment method fails, you enter a 3-day grace period. During this time, you retain full access to your subscription features while we attempt to process payment.
During the Grace Period (Days 1-3)
- Full access to all your subscription features
- We'll email you to update your payment method
- Payment is retried automatically
After Lapse (Day 4+)
- Account reverts to Free tier features
- Exports will have a footnote
- AI detection unavailable
Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment method. When you reactivate:
- Full access is immediately restored
- Your billing cycle restarts from the reactivation date
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account reverts to Free tier after the period ends
