Organisation Terms

1. Who these terms cover

These Organisation Terms apply to the organisation purchasing RedactProof. They are accepted at checkout by the person purchasing on the organisation’s behalf, or by signature on an order form. Individual users accept the Terms of Service separately at signup.

2. Licence and seats

Seats are per named user. The organisation is responsible for its users’ compliance with the user Terms of Service. Seat counts may be adjusted at any time via the billing portal, or by order form for contract customers.

3. Data processing

These terms incorporate our Data Processing Agreement (published at redactproof.com/dpa), which sets out the UK GDPR Article 28 terms. Document content is processed client-side and never reaches our servers; the DPA’s scope is account, billing, verification and optional workflow metadata (such as redaction coordinates and categories) - never document content, text or filenames.

4. Billing

Self-serve purchases are billed by card through our payment provider. Contract customers may pay by annual invoice or purchase order under a signed order form; payment terms are as stated in the order form.

5. Liability and warranties

The disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in the Terms of Service apply equally to the organisation. Nothing in these Organisation Terms expands or duplicates those provisions.

6. Term, renewal and termination

Self-serve subscriptions renew per the Terms of Service. Annual agreements under an order form renew as stated in the order form. The terms version named in an order form applies for that order’s term.

7. Order of precedence

If there is a conflict: a signed order form prevails over these Organisation Terms, which prevail over the user Terms of Service.
